Las Perlitas, or “Little Pearls” represents various small lots from farms across all of our main regions of Huila, Antioquia and Nariño. These farms range in elevation from 1,650 to 1950 m.a.s.l. growing pink Bourbon varietal. These small lot farmers are committed to producing high quality coffee through improved experimentation and constant attention to detail. New Honey and anaerobic processing techniques are raising the bar for Colombian coffees from this region.
THE HUILA LOTS WASHED LOTS ARE CLEAN AND BALANCED, AND UNIFORM IN BEAN SIZE AND CUP PROFILE. THIS IS AN EVERYDAY DRINKER, AND WELL-SUITED FOR BOTH DRIP AND POUR-OVERS.
