This offering changes as the coffee seasons change. The ratios will remain consistent with 40% of a medium roast, heavier bodied coffee, 40% of a medium-light roasted light-bodied coffee and 20% of an African/Ethiopian floral/acidic light-roasted coffee. These coffees are roasted individually and blended together at the time of packaging.
